Always excited for Foothill’s Hop of the Month, we were happy to see there newest one was a double IPA. The first time we had it was on tap at Linda’s Bar & Grill. It pours a medium amber color with an average amount of off white head. Its aroma was of caramel, citrus, and pine. At 8.2% it is a very easy drinking beer. It has a bit of sweetness that balances out the hops. It mostly tastes of tropical fruits, pine, caramel and hops. We have yet to be disappointed by Foothills and this was no exception. Though it is a little sweeter than I want most of the time, it is definitely one we will continue to enjoy when we have the option.
